Return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- You can return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

Return Process
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service by email: contact@wellbots.fr, or via our live chat to obtain a return authorization number.
- Carefully pack the product in suitable packaging to avoid damage during transport.
- Include a copy of your purchase invoice or a document proving the purchase.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the address to which you should return the product.
- In the following cases, a restocking fee may apply: Opened packaging, non-defective product, or orders in transit.
- Some products cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for another model, color or size, please contact us to check the availability of the desired product. Exchanges are only possible for products of the same or equivalent value.

Defective products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will ask you to provide detailed information and photos of the product to facilitate the return and replacement process.
