1. Scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the "GTC") apply to all orders placed on the Wellbots website (hereinafter the "Site") by customers (hereinafter the "Customer") for the purpose of purchasing connected products (hereinafter the "Products"). By placing an order, the Customer unconditionally accepts these GTC.

  1. Orders

The Customer may place an order on the Site by selecting the desired Products and following the ordering process. Wellbots reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a supply problem, non-compliance with the General Terms and Conditions or for any other legitimate reason.

  1. Price and payment

The prices of the Products are indicated on the Site and are expressed in euros. Wellbots reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, but the Products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

Payment is made online by credit card or any other means of payment accepted by Wellbots. The Customer guarantees that he has the necessary authorizations to use the chosen means of payment.

  1. Delivery

Wellbots undertakes to deliver the Products as soon as possible, to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery costs are indicated on the Site and may vary depending on the place of delivery.

  1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the Products to exercise his right of withdrawal. The Customer must inform Wellbots of his decision to withdraw in writing (by post or e-mail) and return the Products in their original condition, complete and undamaged.

  1. Warranty and liability

The Products sold by Wellbots benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects, in accordance with the legislation in force. Wellbots cannot be held responsible for any indirect or immaterial damage resulting from the use of the Products.

  1. Protection of personal data

Wellbots collects and processes the Client’s personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. The Client can consult this policy on the Site.

  1. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Site and the Products are reserved. The Customer undertakes to respect these rights and not to violate them.

  1. Modification of the T&Cs

Wellbots reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The modifications will come into effect as soon as they are published on the Site.

  1. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to reach an amicable solution. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
